please forward your claim now (including copy of sales receipt) without serial

number(s), noting on the claim “the serial number(s) will be submitted when

appliance(s) is delivered.” When you take delivery of your appliance(s), call

800-381-9826 and report the serial number(s). Your rebate will be mailed after

receipt of valid serial number(s). Serial number(s) must be called in no later than

June 30, 2006.

Omission of sales receipt or any other requested information will delay

processing, resulting in returned materials, and requiring resubmission of
