Issue New transmission and seal assembly.
Warranty Standard manufacturing warranty applies.
Action A new transmission and seal assembly has been introduced on the above washers.
This change requires a new triple lip seal and bearing kit (12002140) to
be used for these machines. Please refer to the Parts PROfile CD and microfiche
for proper transmission part number. Also have on hand, seal grease (056016) and
petroleum jelly before you install this kit. This change began with series 15 for
ALW models, and series 10 for SAV models, in September 2002. Attached
are the instructions supplied with the kit detailing replacement procedure along
with the tools required.
